TOTAL ECLIPSE AND OPENING OF THE UKALARI MENORCA FESTIVAL LIVE WITH THIS IS MICHAEL

On August 12 , Menorca will experience one of the most special nights of the summer with the inauguration of the Ukalari Menorca Live 2026 festival , an event that will combine a unique astronomical phenomenon with one of the most impressive musical shows dedicated to the King of Pop.

The Sporting Maonès Field venue will open its doors at 7:00 p.m. , allowing attendees to enter early, enjoy the gastronomic offer, official merchandise and the festival atmosphere before the start of the main show.

As part of this opening day, the public will be able to follow the live broadcast of the Total Solar Eclipse through the giant 10 x 5 meter screen installed in the venue. A unique opportunity to enjoy this astronomical event comfortably, safely and without crowds, sharing the experience with thousands of people in an environment prepared for the occasion.

The organization wanted to make the opening of the festival more than just a concert, creating a complete experience where music, entertainment and special moments are part of the same night.

And when the eclipse is over... the show will begin.

At 9:30 p.m. , the Ukalari Menorca Live stage will host This Is Michael , considered the greatest international tribute to Michael Jackson. A show that recreates the magic, energy and great successes of the most influential artist in the history of pop, accompanied by a careful production, impressive choreography and a spectacular staging.

The combination of the total eclipse and this great musical tribute will turn the opening day into an unrepeatable night within the festival's programming.

Ukalari Menorca Live 2026 was born with the desire to offer much more than concerts. For nine days, the festival will transform the Sporting Maonès Field into a space where music, entertainment, gastronomy and shared experiences will be the protagonists of the summer in Menorca.
